EVIDENCE EVIDENCE-BASED CASE REPORT: PENGARUH TEKNIK PERNAPASAN LAMAZE TERHADAP NYERI PERSALINAN KALA 1 FASE AKTIF

Pengelolaan nyeri persalinan merupakan aspek penting untuk mencegah komplikasi, meningkatkan kenyamanan ibu, serta mendorong persalinan pervaginam. Data menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 60% ibu bersalin mengalami nyeri berat sehingga sebagian besar memilih operasi caesar. Salah satu metode nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan adalah teknik pernapasan Lamaze, yang terbukti efektif menurunkan intensitas nyeri dan mendukung pengalaman persalinan yang lebih positif. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik pernapasan Lamaze terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan Evidence-Based Case Report (EBCR) melalui penelusuran artikel pendukung dari database ScienceDirect, Cochrane, PubMed, dan Google Scholar dengan tahun terbit 2019–2025. Intervensi dilakukan pada satu kasus, yaitu Ny. E, ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif yang diberikan penerapan teknik pernapasan Lamaze. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan penurunan intensitas nyeri dari skor 8 menjadi 6 berdasarkan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Selain itu, hasil sintesis literatur juga mendukung efektivitas teknik Lamaze dalam mengurangi nyeri dan meningkatkan rasa kontrol ibu selama persalinan. Dengan demikian, teknik pernapasan Lamaze dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu metode nonfarmakologis yang aplikatif dan mudah diterapkan oleh tenaga kesehatan dalam praktik kebidanan untuk membantu manajemen nyeri persalinan.
