ANALISIS DETERMINAN KUNJUNGAN ANTENATAL KEENAM (ANC-6) PADA IBU HAMIL: STUDI DI PMB LIDYA

Cakupan pelayanan antenatal dipantau melalui kunjungan K1 hingga K6. Standar saat ini menetapkan minimal enam kali kunjungan selama kehamilan. Namun, pencapaiannya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk pekerjaan, paritas, pengetahuan, dan dukungan suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara keempat faktor tersebut dengan kunjungan K6 pada ibu hamil di Klinik Mawar. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan 35 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan kunjungan K6 (p = 0,418). Sebaliknya, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara paritas (p = 0,002), pengetahuan (p = 0,020), dan dukungan suami (p = 0,000) dengan kunjungan K6. Diperlukan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil serta penguatan peran suami melalui pendekatan keluarga dan komunikasi efektif. Program berbasis komunitas juga direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan kunjungan ANC secara lengkap.
