EFEKTIVITAS TERAPI MINDFULNESS TERHADAP KESEHATAN SEKSUAL DAN REPRODUKSI PADA PASANGAN USIA SUBUR: TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS

Kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi merupakan komponen penting dalam kesejahteraan individu dan pasangan usia subur. Pasangan usia subur menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk infertilitas, disfungsi seksual, dan tekanan psikologis yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hubungan dan kesejahteraan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan dalam literatur dengan mengeksplorasi efek terapi komplementer berbasis mindfulness pada kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi pasangan usia subur. Penelitian menggunakan desain systematic review dengan ceklist PRISMA-SR 2020. Penelitian ini mengacu pada beberapa langkah berupa (1) Strategi pencarian, (2) Kriteria seleksi, (3) Ekstraksi data dan penilaian kualitas. Pencarian artikel menggunakan 3 database yaitu ScienceDirect, Pubmed, dan Wiley Online Library. Hasil penelitian dari 989 artikel terdapat 8 artikel yang signifikan bahwa terapi komplementer berbasis mindfulness terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi pada pasangan usia subur. Efektivitas ini terlihat dari peningkatan kepuasan seksual, penurunan kecemasan dan stres, serta peningkatan kualitas hubungan emosional pasangan. Sementara itu, 1 artikel menyatakan mindfulness tidak memberikan efek signifikan terhadap indikator kesehatan seksual maupun reproduksi. Mindfulness berpotensi memberikan manfaat positif terhadap kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi, meskipun efektivitasnya tetap perlu dipertimbangkan secara kontekstual dan berdasarkan pendekatan yang tepat dan terstandarisasi.
