Implementasi Sistem Informasi Tes Psikologi Berbasis Web Pada Penerimaan Karyawan Baru Menggunakan Metode Waterfall

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, dan masih banyaknya perusahaan yang belum meodernisasi sistem dalam perekrutan karyawan khususnya pada saat pelaksanaan tes psikologi. Perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan menggunakan kertas saat pelaksanaanya, sehingga akan membutuhkan banyak waktu saat proses koreksi. Pembangunan sistem ini ditujukan untuk membantu perusahaan khususnya bagi pelaksana tes psikologi agar lebih efisien dan efektif dala pelaksanaan tes, hasil yang diperoleh akurat dan dapat dilaporkan saat itu juga. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall dan berbasis web. Hasil dari pembangunan sistem ini adalah sebuah sistem tes psikologi untuk calon karyawan agar dapat mengetahui kemampuan kognitif calon karyawan tersebut. Sistem ini juga user friendly sehingga tidak membingungkan calon karyawan yang pertama kali mencoba sistem ini.
