Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Equal Weight-TOPSIS untuk Penilaian Kinerja Kurir Shopee Express

Abstract

Pertumbuhan logistik e-commerce di Indonesia meningkatkan kebutuhan evaluasi kinerja kurir yang objektif. Sistem evaluasi yang ada sering kali subjektif dan tidak terstandarisasi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang mengintegrasikan metode Equal Weight (EW) dan TOPSIS untuk menilai kinerja kurir Shopee Express berdasarkan tujuh kriteria: Tingkat Keberhasilan Pengiriman, Rata-rata Paket per Hari, Skor POD, Tingkat Kehadiran, Tingkat Konfirmasi, Jumlah Paket Tertahan, dan Penalti Metrik. Dengan data simulasi dari 15 kurir, sistem menghasilkan peringkat kinerja yang jelas, di mana kurir terbaik mencapai CCi 0,752. Analisis komparatif antara bobot EW dan bobot preferensi manajerial menunjukkan adaptabilitas sistem. Hasil penelitian mengonfirmasi bahwa SPK EW-TOPSIS menyediakan alat evaluasi yang objektif, transparan, dan fleksibel, meski terbatas pada data simulasi. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan menggunakan data operasional nyata.
