Implementasi AHP dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Pemilihan Remote Terminal Tools di PT PLN ICON+

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendukung proses pemilihan alat remote terminal yang optimal pada PT PLN ICON+. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan standarisasi tools yang aman, efisien, dan kompatibel guna meningkatkan keandalan jaringan serta kinerja operasional pada infrastruktur energi kritis. Tujuh kriteria utama digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, yaitu keamanan koneksi, kemudahan penggunaan, dukungan multi-platform, fitur transfer file, kustomisasi antarmuka, kecepatan koneksi, dan kompatibilitas sistem operasi. Data diperoleh dari 20 responden berpengalaman melalui perbandingan berpasangan dan penilaian kinerja empat alternatif tools (MobaXterm, PuTTY, SecureCRT, dan OpenSSH). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas global kriteria dan alternatif melalui agregasi matriks perbandingan berpasangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa MobaXterm memperoleh skor prioritas global tertinggi (4,56), diikuti oleh PuTTY (3,92), SecureCRT (3,48), dan OpenSSH (2,98). Keamanan koneksi (bobot = 0,156) dan kemudahan penggunaan (bobot = 0,155) menjadi kriteria yang paling berpengaruh, dengan nilai Consistency Ratio di bawah 0,1 sehingga hasil keputusan dinyatakan konsisten. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa AHP mampu menghasilkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang sistematis dan objektif serta merekomendasikan MobaXterm sebagai tools standar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mitigasi risiko di PT PLN ICON+.
