Analisis Komparatif metode Spiral dan Incremental Berdasarkan Manajemen Resiko dan Fokus Utama Pengembangan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan model pengembangan Spiral dan Incremental dalam aspek manajemen risiko dan fokus pengembangan. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan untuk menganalisis 25 artikel jurnal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2024. Model Spiral menekankan pada identifikasi dan mitigasi risiko secara iteratif, sehingga sesuai untuk proyek yang kompleks dan berisiko tinggi. Sementara itu, model Incremental menekankan pada penyampaian fungsionalitas sistem secara bertahap, cocok untuk proyek modular dengan kebutuhan yang stabil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Spiral lebih efektif dalam mengelola ketidakpastian dan risiko, sedangkan Incremental unggul dalam fleksibilitas dan kecepatan pengembangan. Temuan ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengembang perangkat lunak dan manajer proyek dalam memilih metode yang paling tepat berdasarkan karakteristik proyek.
