Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan bisnis online bagi Toko Serba Pancing di tengah perubahan pola belanja masyarakat Indonesia akibat pandemi Covid-19. Metode analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan SWOT digunakan untuk mengevaluasi faktor internal dan eksternal toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa toko memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan meskipun memiliki kelemahan internal yang signifikan. Namun, peluang eksternal yang besar, terutama dalam pemanfaatan media sosial dan E-Commerce, memberikan landasan untuk menerapkan strategi baru dalam mengembangkan bisnis online.
