Abstract

UMKM Kue Bhoi Ulayya menghadapi kendala dalam pemasaran dan administrasi transaksi karena proses penjualan dan pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi e-commerce berbasis mobile guna memperluas jangkauan pemasaran serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan transaksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang meliputi tahap perencanaan kebutuhan, desain, konstruksi, dan implementasi. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan menyediakan katalog produk, layanan pemesanan online, pengelolaan transaksi, dan dashboard administrasi. Hasil pengujian black box terhadap 25 skenario fungsi utama menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100%, yang berarti seluruh sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional. Dengan demikian, aplikasi dinilai layak digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis UMKM Kue Bhoi Ulayya dan meningkatkan daya saingnya di era digital.
