Manajemen dokumen perusahaan yang sangat terpengaruh oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi. Masih terdapat sejumlah masalah dengan administrasi arsip manual, termasuk kesulitan menemukan catatan, kemungkinan kehilangan arsip, dan prosedur manajemen data yang tidak efisien. Tujuan proyek ini adalah untuk menciptakan sistem informasi pengarsipan berbasis web yang dapat memfasilitasi manajemen, pengambilan, dan penyimpanan dokumen perusahaan. Tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem merupakan metodologi penelitian Riset dan Pengembangan (R&D). Basis data MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP digunakan untuk membuat sistem ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, dibandingkan dengan solusi manual, sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen arsip dan mempercepat pengambilan dokumen. Sistem informasi pengarsipan berbasis web membuat prosedur manajemen dokumen organisasi menjadi lebih terorganisir, aman, dan ramah pengguna
