Peningkatan Keterampilan Kepala Desa Kecamatan Bumi Makmur dalam Mencegah dan Menangkal Secara Dini Paham Radikalisme

Abstract Community Service Activities startedfrom the results of a survey of environmental conditions in Bumi Makmur District which is a fostered village of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjar. From the results of the survey it was recorded that the life of the local community was quite communal.Traditional wisdom is one of the cultural heritages that exists in society (traditional) and is carried out from generation to generation by the Bumi Makmur community.In society, it is not uncommon for radicalism to develop. The rise of radicalism in society can have implications for stability and security between religious communities. Radicalism and terrorism both use open violence as instruments to achieve their interests. Radicalism can be carried out through brainwashing mechanisms and rejection of the law and Pancasila. The service method is carried out in stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. Village officials are an important component in society, because they are in direct contact with the community, village officials have various benefits, one of which is in terms of prevention. This service activity aims to provide counseling and training to educate and improve the skills of the Bumi Makmur village head in preventing the development of radicalism.

Abstrak − Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berawal dari hasil survey terhadap kondisi lingkungan di Kecamatan Bumi Makmur yang menjadi desa binaan Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjar. Dari hasil survey tersebut terdata bahwa kehidupan masyarakat setempat cukup komunal. Kearifan tradisional merupakan salah satu warisan budaya yang ada di masyarakat (tradisional) dan secara turun-temurun dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Bumi Makmur. Di dalam masyarakat tidak jarang berkembangnya paham-paham radikalisme. Maraknya radikalime di masyarakat dapat berimplikasi pada stabilitas dan keamanan antar umat beragama Radikalisme maupun terorisme sama-sama menggunakan instrumen kekerasan terbuka dalam mencapai kepentingannya. Radikalisme dapat dilakukan dengan mekanisme pencucian otak dan penolakan terhadap hukum maupun pancasila. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksaaan. Perangkat desa adalah komponen penting didalam masyarakat, karena langsung bersentuhan dengan masyarakat, perangkat desa memiliki berbagai manfaat salah satunya yaitu dalam hal pencegahan. kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan guna mengedukasi dan meningkatkan keterampilan kepala desa Bumi Makmur dalam mencegah berkembangnya radikalisme.

Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pengolahan Abon dan Bakso Daging Kerbau Rawa Dalam Rangka Pemberdayaan Perempuan di Kawasan Rawa Desa Sapala Kecamatan Paminggir Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara

Hulu Sungai Utara Regency is one of the regencies in South Kalimantan which is known as a swamp area, one of which is Sapala Village. The lifestyle of the community is raising swamp buffalo, but the productivity of swamp buffalo is influenced by the season. In the rainy season, the productivity of swamp buffalo is relatively lower when compared to the dry season, so that family income decreases. Farmers look for uncertain odd jobs so that the economic burden they feel is very heavy. Therefore, the role of swamp women (the wives of farmers) is very important in helping their family's economy. The purpose of this activity is to empower women in the swamp area in increasing their knowledge and skills so that they can be economically and socially independent through training and mentoring in Processing of Shredded and Meatballs. The methods used in this activity are in the form of counseling, training and practice of meat processing, technical guidance and business mentoring as well as evaluation and follow-up. Based on the results of the activity, it can be seen that all stages of the activity can be carried out smoothly and the participants are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. Participants are actively involved in training and practice in Processing of Shredded and Meatballs. The interest of participants to participate in this activity is high, which is 90% and moderate 10%. The skills of participants in processing shredded and meatballs of swamp buffalo meat are categorized as skilled by 18 people (90%) and 2 others are categorized as moderate (10%)

Penerapan Teknologi Pakan Lengkap Ternak Itik dalam Program Pemberdayaan Wilayah Kecamatan Patampanua Kabupaten Pinrang

The application of complete feed technology to ducks is part of the Empowerment activities of Patampanua District, Pinrang Regency, in 2024. This activity increases productivity and efficiency in duck farming by demonstrating complete duck feed processing, at the Cenrana Farmers Group, Patampanua District, Pinrang Regency. The purpose of community service is to improve the skills of farmer group members in understanding and implementing complete feed technology, including feed raw materials, ration formulation techniques, duck feed nutritional quality, and complete duck feed processing techniques. The results of the implementation of community service show that the application of complete duck feed technology through a demonstration of feed processing based on local raw materials has been proven to increase the knowledge and skills of farmers. This can be seen from the increase in the average pre-test score (59.00 ± 6.05) to the post-test (70.76 ± 8.02), with significant differences in all aspects of the assessment. The active participation of farmers during the demonstration process, from grinding materials and mixing to storing feed, shows that the method of applying technology through practice-based accuracy, effective in improving technical skills and understanding in processing complete feed for ducks.

Manajemen Peningkatan Reproduksi Sapi Potong di Kelurahan Bangkai Kecamatan Watang Pulu Kabupaten Sidrap

Salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan peternakan adalah efisiensi manajemen reproduksi ternak. Namun pemahaman peternak masih sangat rendah mengenai manajemen reproduksi sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas dan pengetahuan peternak dalam manajemen reproduksi ternak yang efisien. Sasaran pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah anggota masyarakat peternak di Kelurahan Bangkai Kecamatan Watang Pulu, kabupaten Sidrap. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang manajemen peningkatan reproduksi sapi potong. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini terwujud dari peningkatan pengetahuan peternak di kelurahan Bangkai dan adanya motivasi untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan manajemen reproduksi sapi potong yang dipelihara berdasarkan analisis hasil pelaksanaan pre-test dan post-test. Penerapan manajemen peningkatan reproduksi sapi potong diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan meningkatkan perekonomian peternak rakyat jika diterapkan dengan baik.
